The instructions for Oral and Poster presentation are provided below. Go through them carefully and adhere to these guidelines.

Instructions for Oral Presentation

  • The duration of your presentation is 7 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion time. Please ensure that you strictly adhere to the time schedule to allow sessions to finish on time.
  • Please check your presentation number in the schedule attached. This number will also be published in the Souvenir.
  • Presenters are requested to bring their presentation on a USB stick or mail to istmcme2024@gmail.com, with subject title “ORAL – presentation number”
  • All presenters are requested to submit your final presentation at the Preview Room preferably one hour prior to the scheduled presentation.
  • It is imperative that you review your presentation also in the preview room. This is where our supporting staff can help resolve any compatibility or formatting issues.
  • The use of your own laptop during your presentation is NOT possible.
  • It is very important that you inform us of your acceptance and presence in the ISTM CME 2024 by sending a reply mail to istmcme2024@gmail.com on or before 30th June 2024

Instructions for Poster presentation

  • The format of the e-poster is given here. Click here to download
  • The duration of your presentation is 5 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion time. Please ensure that you strictly adhere to the time schedule to allow sessions to finish on time.
  • Please check your presentation number in the schedule attached. This number will also be published in the Souvenir. Please be available at the poster presentation venue at the scheduled time. (The submitted presentation will be displayed in screen, there is no need of bringing printed posters).
  • Presenters are requested to bring their presentation in PDF format on a USB stick or mail to istmcme2024@gmail.com, with subject title “POSTER – presentation number”.
  • All presenters are requested to submit your final presentation at the Preview room, preferably one hour prior to the scheduled presentation.
  • It is imperative that you review your presentation also in the Preview room. This is where our supporting staff can help resolve any compatibility or formatting issues.
  • The use of your own laptop during presentation is NOT POSSIBLE.
  • It is very important that you inform us of your acceptance and presence in the ISTM CME 2024 by sending a reply mail to istmcme2024@gmail.com on or before 30th June 2024.
